We tender different kinds of flexible packaging materials with combinations of various materials like Aluminium foil, BOPP, LDPE, polyester foil, etc.
We offer plain as well as printed up to 6 colours.
For high barrier requirement we also cater aluminium foil-based laminates.
Products offered:
Paper coated with a layer of polyethylene (commonly LDPE) on one side to give it heat sealability and durability.
Coating Material: LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene)
Coating Thickness: Usually 25 GSM (grams per square meter)
Heat Sealable: Yes (when PE side is sealed)
Structure of Paper Foil Laminate:
• 60 GSM Chromo Paper/ 15 Micron Poly/ 6 Micron Foil/ 35 Micron Poly
• 60 GSM Chromo Paper / 15 Micron Poly/ 6 Micron Foil/ 25 Micron Poly
Structure of Polyester Foil Laminate:
• 12 Micron Pet/ 6 Micron Foil/ 75 Micron Poly
• 12 Micron Pet/ 9 Micron Foil/ 60 Micron Poly
